Oil leaking from smog pump bolt holes???

I took off my smogpump braket the other day and now i have an oil leak.. I think it coming from the smog pump holes. Is this a posibility?

I believe bolts need to be in those holes or you will have an oil leak. You need to get some 3/8 bolts 1/2" long with a little sealant and you should be good to go.

If I've given bad info someone please correct me.
