i have a 3858174 327 block with a YS (c10 truck) stamp and wondering where i would find the correct size oil filter i need to use. it does have the spin on adapter. thanks. joey.

The adapter in most cases will use a Ford filter.
(I assume the engine originaly had the canister)
The Ford number is FL1A
The NAPA number is 51515
WIX 1515
