anybody know if in 1970 they made any novas without a dome overhead light?? i bought mine and it had a nice new headliner but no light. i kinda pressed around about in the middle if the headliner and it feels like underneath there is a mounting bracket and it makes me think that maybe it was just covered up...
what are your thoughts?

ok this morning the knob for my heater control stuff (the knob on the left) just broke off in my hand! doesn't look like the kind of thing that can be glued/welded but maybe someone has an idea or an old heater control assembly that fits a '70 nova for sale.. cause in "GROUND UP" magazine a new heater control assembly costs $169.95

The dome light the best I remember screws to one of the ribs/roof supports. It has a couple screws that hold it into place. Used heater controls for 69-72 Novas are on e-Bay for ways less than that. I only paid $99.99 for my one year only 68 and they were refurbished.
