Novas at Woodward Dream Cruise 2012
Hi All,
I'm posting a link of a few pics from the Woodward Dream Cruise, that was this past Saturday. For those that might not know what this is, it's 18 miles along Woodward Ave in the Detroit area. 1.3 million spectators, 30 to 40 THOUSAND rods, muscle cars, restored cars, etc. I didn't get too many pics, but a few stayed still long enough to snap a pic. This event builds up every week-end during the summer, until all thunder breaks loose the Friday night, a week before the cruise. There are so many cars, the police have to shut it down and direct people home. It's like being 16 and living through the 50's. 60's and 70's all over again!....ENJOY!

I'm just not sure what the 4th from last pic is. That gasser isn't a Nova
I think I only notice one blue 4th gen that was cruising. If there were more I didn't see them.No 4th gens :'(

that 4th from last picture looks like a 66-67 mopar with an altered wheel base.

I went up twice last week. Wed. and Fri. Saw about 30 novas each trip. One was a gasser that looked great. Could not get many pics because I was to busy hitting the brakes. Still had a good time.
Nice looking cars. Too bad your so far away. Check out our little cruise on the Canadian Owners forum. We did the 6th annual Maximum Cruise, had 42 Nova's kicking around and made a little smoke at the end of the day. Fun had by all and not a single ticket!
HEY !!! I was there cruising MY 4th gen!! I saw the blue one too, his was nice. I chatted with him for about a block as we cruised!!:yes:
THEM WERE SOME FINE RIDES, WHEN I RETIRE, IF I MAKE IT THAT FAR, I PLAN ON GOIN' TO SHOWS AROUND THE COUNTRY, WITH NOVA IN TOW! :yes:
