It means we should discuss the car you are wanting to sell and what you would be looking for. As the discussion goes on more and more people may respond and you can respond to them. Next thing you know you will have 25 posts.

I think the 25 post count is to eliminate people who wants to use the site to sell something then drop out.

Until you reach that count, you should be able make post, look at things for sale and send PM's to other members.

How about telling us about your car(s) so we can get that post count going up.
