I just bought some SS HEADERS for my 62 witha heidts clip . I just figured i would share my opinions on them ! So i found these on san diego craigslist ,and this dude has a bunch of tci stuff .Anyway he got like 12 clips and all sorts of wilwood brakes, headers and so on FROM AN AUCTIONED OFF STORAGE UNIT ! and for only 12k ..... YAH he scored ...

Anyway i got the ssheaders (otherwise known as TCI HEADERS) ..THESE are very NICE , I HAVE never seen such thick flanges and thick tubes !! VERY IMPRESSIVE . The ceremic coating looks nice as well .. I have yet to install them ,but im sure they will fit nicely . ON ssheaders website they are like 700.00 bucks , i scored them for 400.00 . BUT i would not hesitate to pay 700.00 had i known the quality .

Hope this helps out the next guy looking for bbc headers for there 1st gen .

yah , im amazed that they are so cheap ! the big name guys would want 1200.00 bucks for the same quality . Those small block look nice too !

Ive got a set for my small block from them. I agree, they build a great set of headers. I wish I could get them to send me another sticker though. Mine went bye bye with the old shop fridge. Am I asking too much from them??
