Hello everyone from DFW Texas. Looking for advice for getting more power out of my stock 250 inline 6. I do not want to do the sbc switch... would like to stay with the inline.

Welcome. The easy things you can do is a cam, intake, and bigger carb swap. Buy a set of headers. This will give you some more performance. If I may ask, why do you want to stay with the inline 6? Nothing wrong with them, I had one in my nova for a while until I wanted better performance. It's just cheaper to build up a V8.
