I just ordered a set of "stock" steel wheels 15x6". The guy that helped me said they are off a "early 70's" Chevy (to fit the Discs). What are the hubcap options that I have???

If I understand what 'stock' wheels are, for hubcaps you have Rally Derby style, police style (with and without bowtie), and disc brake style:
