Put a Crane H06 series cam in there, you'll need the drive-thru idle to go with the drive-thru carbs.

schwaa ,schwaa, schwaa,vvvvvvroom!!! You gonna need some compression to please that setup!! The biggest problem you have is a manifold that gives up at 5000 rpm , and two carbs that want to feed a giant cam too 7500 rpm.
Your best bet is to add 1 inch open spacers and stick with a cam around 230 @.050 ,and hope the set up will spin to 6000 rpm!!
