Hey there members; I'm chevyboswell (Mark). I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I've got a 1975 Nova 4 door. It's the "custom" model. It has the 262 CID (4.3 liter) V-8 that they only made in '75 and '76 I understand. It came with factory duel exhaust, which is kinda cool. It's just a 2 barrel for now so it's not a racer YET. I was thinking of welding the back doors shut and closing up the rear windows. Has anybody done that? It would give me a 2 door with really short doors. I have to take out the bench seat first and put in buckets so I can get to the area behind the front seat. No rear seat in this car. I tore it out. I also tore out the A/C system. Your feed back would be welcomed. See ya, Mark (chevyboswell)

Welcome, where is Sanborn?
There is at least one four door modded to a two door on this site,
I think it is a first gen.
I had a 75 2 dr with a 262 in it for a winter beater when I was in college.

Welcome, Mark! :waving: A 4.3 liter V-8, huh? Sounds interesting. You're not going to race with that engine, are you? Being a '70s model, I imagine it's a smog model, with pretty restrictive heads?

Keep us informed!
