I installed a new Carburator (Eldebrock 600 cfm), On a stock intake, 350 SB, My qustion is there is a opening (port) that goes to the Master cyl, does it need to be connected, I didnt and my brakes seem to be very low, but stop me pushing very hard, what will this do as far as helpig the carb?

If you have power brakes there is a large hose from the booster (what the master is hanging from) If you want your power brakes to work you need to attach the hose to a vacuum source, either on the manifold or the carb.
