Hello everyone great Nova Forum vast Amount of knowledge, I need Help working on my 1974 nova custom, I attached a picture For a bracket
When I removed it I did not label it But I believe it’s part of the transmission linkage, But where does it go exactly Thank you everyone for your help

Hello and welcome to the site. Looks like your 74 is getting a pretty decent make over.
I'm not sure what that bracket is for.

If you don't get a answer by the time I finish what I'm doing ill go dig through my bins and try to find that part and read the label lol but it doesn't look familiar mine is a 73.
Looks like a nice build though!

You got me stumped I just went through all my parts (currently my 73 is completely apart bagged and tagged) and I don't have that piece. Mine is a 307 non A/C TH350 car, maybe that has something to do with it, or something that changed between 73 and 74? I really don't know, sorry couldn't be more help

Thank You for your time my Nova has the console shift automatic trans with A/C.
