Need Help Replacing Ignition Lock Cylinder

i drive a 1978 nova daily. recently the ignition lock cylinder stopped turning.
i preceded to replace the lock cylinder, removed the steering wheel and other necessary components to replace the lock cylinder. unfortunately i coulsnt figure out how to remove the lock cylinder. (this does not have a retaining screw).

any information you could give ASAP would be appreciated.
