I'm going to install my fuel filler, and can't decide whether to use a standard Allen head bolts or the countersunk Allen heads. Both look great. What do y'all think?

Well for one thing it's always a bad idea to use a SHCS in a countersunk hole. If you were to properly utilize SHCS you would want to "counterbore" rather than countersink. So without re-machining the holes I wouldn't even consider using a SHCS and would use the correct FHCS regardless of what it looks like.

SHSC = Socket Head Cap Screw
FHCS = Flat Head Cap Screw
