hey, im a newbie. im working on redoing my nova interior and managed the backseat fine. im working on the front now. it's a full bench seat, no split. there's 4 1/2 bolts holding the seat in place. i have removed those. the seatbelt buckles are holding the seat in place now. so do i remove those with the seat (there's some sort of wire gong into them from the body of the car floor) or do i pull them through the bottom of the bench seat and just remove the seat?? im thinking the later...but im not entirely sure. can anyone offer some advice?? thanks a bunch!

Seat belts should slide out, staying bolted to floor. If a 2 door maybe lean back forward. I can't remember any problems when I pulled mine. Careful with the belts so you don't break the plastic. I remember my seat being very heavy, so maybe some help, one to lift seat and the other to slide the seat belt between the seat back and bottom.
