need favor in North Pheonix

need someone to go buy and ship me this rocking horse from craigslist

owner wont ship and it's not even very big. i have a picture of myself riding this rocking horse when i was 2 years old (now 48) and would love to buy and fix up for my grandkids. i'll pay for everything involved if someone can make this happen.
