I'm going to assume cost is no option so here I go.

1. 1965 Shelby Cobra 427 S/C. In my opinion the purest muscle car ever built.
2. 1967 Plymouth GTX Hemi
3. 1967 Corvette roadster. Big block? Small Block? I'm torn.
4. 1969 Yenko Camaro 427
5. I would spend a TON more money on my 1963 Chevy II

Wolfe, here is you '62 Super Duty. Jess Tyree was the big Pontiac guy in So Cal when I was a kid. Swiss cheese frame, alum front end. He could run w/ anybody at that time. Note the Radir wheels

I’m digging that we have some Javelin fans on here.

I’m not a specific year and edition guy as I can’t leave them stock so,

1st and second gen camaros

1-3 gen nova (got a 3rd gen)

68 mustang

Cobra (factory five would do just fine)

Javelin

Pro touring Gremlin (my first car was a 76 gremlin x with a 390)

70 Chevelle

Fox body Capri, not mustang (I miss my 86)

Oh hell....fox body mustang

Early c3 vette

Any of these would be built pro touring style. They need to perform as well as they look. I can’t do stock, never have, never will.

Top 3 in order:

1) Any '65 Chevy II/Nova with 327/4-speed from the factory
2) '63 Corvette Stingray F.I. big brake/big tank race ordered
3) '63 Biscayne 409/425, black

A big nod to the '61-'63 Pontiac 421 SD cars, which were animals on the oval or the strip, but I like the '61 Bonneville.

A 390 Gremlin, damn. My 2nd car was a '72 360 AMC Hornet Wagon hunter green with the Gucci interior might I add. Lol. Rebuilt the engine in '84 at 120k, refreshed bores, bearings and rings. Added a Edlebrock Performer cam, manifold, headers and a 600 Holley. Total sleeper drove from San Diego to Pensacola for a year of training and back. That car was solid and hauled ass.
