Im starting the disassembly process. I've taken off the beltline moulding. Now im trying to take off what appears to be snap on moulding on my 63 convertible.

How the hell does this come off, I took off the one screw in the center, and it looks like theres some screws inside where the quarter windows are but what else?

Is there a process to taking this off. I dont want to damage it. and yes the assembly manual is on the way.

After the screws are out you will need to pry up and in there is a series of clips holding the trim in place some will stay with the molding others will stay on the body and some will just break . You can use a hard wood stick to tap it off as well be gentle

Dam, I thought it would be as simple as the side mouldings.

What Ive used is a wide scraper.The one thing you dont want to do is pull on the trim,this will only ruin it.
