Well after searching for a few months for a metal on metal noise from the rear of my wagon that happened only when turning or going over bumps ,the mystery has been solved. I put a spool in a few weeks ago and when I took the car out the noise was there and alot worse. I thought I did something when installing the spool but even I couldn't screw that install up.I put the car on the lift and noticed that the welded bracket where the front leaf spring bushing goes into was hitting the top of the spring.I cut about 1/2 inch of the bracket out on both sides and put the car back down. It actually was lower because the bracket was holding the car up. Now I know why when racing the car wouldn't transfer weight. The car has a great stance now and I will find out how it will hook at Cecil County Drag way on June 27th. No noise and looks great.
