i have a 73 nova that had a vinyl top and it is rusted out behind the quarter window i have looked at new quarter skins just for that part and on 73-74 the new quater skins dont have them but earlier years do is there anyone that makes them or will i have to make my own

I have not seen these available anywhere, yo will have to fab or cut the part from another car.
Post some pics, I may have a part I can cut off.

hey technova i will try to get the pics tomorrow i had to go buy more batteries for the camera. question is this part that your talking about cutting off of another car going to be off of a 73-74.if so i could also use part of the rear windshield metal that the window seal sets in did i mention that i hate vynil tops

How about the top of the rear window.
I'll have to look next time I am out where my parts cars are.
Supposed to snow and rain this weekend, if it is dry enough I'll

Your last picture shows the holes in the body beside the back window.
Is the area above the rear window rusted the same way or is it good?

sorry now i see what your asking no the metal is only bad up to the top right corner of the rear wind shield and as far as the quarter window metal goes its also bad all the way to the top corner will you be able to cut the metal all the way up against the drip rail metal
