on my rebuild 350 i noticed that one head has 2T stamped on it between the rocker arms and on the other side 3T is stamped. Is that suppose to be that way or are they different heads? Ive never built a motor in my life and doing this all by resources and books.

Those are defect heads..... send them back. T2 stand for 2nd try, t3 stand for 3rd try.....

or it could be a Arnold Schwarzenegger terminator ....:eek::eek::eek::eek: t2 and t3... RUN>............................

I have not clue what that means.. however, if you look for the casting numbers. a series of about 6 to 8 numbers, and the casting DATE, a series of numbers and letters.. example of casting date:[ E038 ] with translates to April 3rd of 58 or 68 or 78 or 88 or 98 or 2008.. it then can be deciphered as to what head you have....
