Hello, I just redone everything that has to do with the brakes on my 66 nova.I put a new master cylinder on it too. After i drive it for a mile or two and use the brakes it pushes fluid out from under the lid of the master cylinder. What do you think can be causing this? Thanks

Make sure the hold down on top is tight enough to squeeze the seal sufficiently. Taking them off and on with a screwdriver etc, tends to bend them some.......

In addition, make sure the MC is not full to the top, ususally about 1/4" down or a little less is good. Brake fluid expands slightly as it gets hot. When you step on the brakes and then relaese them, some fluid will come back into the MC, it has to have a place to go....
