It looks like coolant is leaking from the two front intake manifold bolts. There are small pools on the manifold below the front bolts. Does this mean there's most likely coolant getting into my oil or cylinders? The car has been parked for the winter so I want to figure this out before I change the oil and put it back on the road for summer.

Maybe but most likely not because that water would still have to leak past the intake gasket to bet into the crank-case. It's actually fairly common because those bolts go into the water passages just like your head bolts.

Just pull them out, clean them, and use a little RTV on the threads when you put them back in.

Oh yeah, It's best to do it when the engine is cold and you can more easily drain some of the anti-freeze to below the level your working on without dealing with the scalding heat!!

Come to think of it, you might check your thermostat housing and upper hose clamp as well. That's a common cavity for it to leak into as well.
