I have a #3970010 block with flat tops. I am installing Pro Comp 3002S heads. I was thinking of installing a Lunati #60103 cam. Is this a good set up?1970 Nova M21 3:55 gears,headers. Edel.carb and intake.Thank you

Have you contacted Lunati to see what they recommend?
On the advice of Big Al, that is what I did. They have a questionare that you fill out and they get back to you with what they reccomend.

I have this setup on my 67...except I have overdrive tranny and afr heads......pretty fast....I like it:yes:

That's not that big, so I agree it would be a good choice. Even good for the everyday driver.

I have done the exact engine & heads and customer was very happy.

Also did one for member here on Steve's who has same engine & heads. 4 speed & 3.42 gear 3rd gen. with the 60102, very impressive car.

This site is great.I do know a bit about engines but when you're second guessing yourself it's nice to have backup. I did e-mail Lunati on Monday and I haven't heard from them. Thanks again

I have a 355 with the old TRW, dome pistons (not ideal), Holley Systemax Heads and the Voodoo 60103 Cam, 3800 stall (T400). It is a good stout mill, pulls very well even with the 3:23 gears.. :yes:
