Anyone live in the St. Louis / St. Charles, Mo area and know of a good shop for suspension work on a 62? I'd like to find someone who knows about the lock out kit and any other peculiar problems with the first year suspension.

Let me also ask about which vendor's lock out kit would you recommend? GM Classics has one hole in each plate, CPP has two and Global West has three.

OK the more I research the differences in these lock out kits the more confused I am. CPP and GW don't replace the upper control arm bolts like GM Classics does. GM Classics does that so that a conventional shimmed type camber adjustment is used. I assume that means using shims between the control arm and the fender well around the bolts that hold the CA to the fender. How does CPP and GW adjust camber? Is it set by which set of holes and the orientation of the new plates? If so that seems time consuming to get camber set right. I'm afraid of finding an alignment shop that would want to mess with it.
