I have my rearend out and leaf springs out. This is going to be a drag car but will be driven on the street everyonce in awhile. I was thinking about going to all solid bushing. Im keeping the stock mono leafs.

What do you guys recommend?

Where can i find solid bushings?

Call Calvert and talk to Travis or John. Order the split mono springs with a 1.5" drop, locating pin moved 3/4" rearward and ask for all solid bushings. Run sliders instead of shackles in the rear and a good double adjustable afco shock. That will complete your rear suspension and be the best possible setup to run for your application and the rearward locating pin will allow you to go up in tire size (diameter) later if you choose to do so.

I'm considering caltracs as well, how do the sliders work?

Instead of using the stock rear spring mount you use this.

I wish i had the money for a split leaf setup but i dont. Thats why im trying to figure out where i can get solid bushings for my stock springs since thats all i can afford right now. Im intrested in the sliders but i would still need a rear leaf bushing. What are you guys using?

Comp engineering sell solid bushings.
I believe that only the front spring bushing needs to be solid, the rear is only along for the ride.

I put poly bushings front and rear on mine.
