Found a 1.5 inch by 4 inch decal in the glove box it is blue and says this vehicle conforms to all applicable fedaral motor safety standards in effect on the date of manufacture shown above, where does it go? plus I see on some big blocks on the valve cover there is a blue and red small decal on the passenger side is that factory and where can I find one? thanks

The first one you refer to sounds like the manufacturers label that belongs on the rear of the drivers door. The second one could be the 'Tonawanda Team' decal that was applied to the chrome valve cover on big blocks.

If you click on the decal most of them will tell you where they are located. RICK

Were all 69 big blocks built in Tonawanda? thanks
I could be wrong, but I think all the big block engines were assembled in Tonowanda and shipped to the various plants.
The 70 big block car that I had was built in the Willow Run factory.
