stock 400 heads typically suck...don't use them because you won't have any compression with stock pistons, and they have smog combustion chambers. They'll make your engine into a boat anchor.
Stock 400's have real poor heads, restrictive intake, low lift cam and low compression which limits the HP potential.
I would at least switch the heads. With 64cc heads you'll boost the CR and greatly improve air flow which is the essential building block for power production.
