That is really a lot to pay for a window crank, but "supply and demand" rules.

If you need one, I would shop around.

It's not worth nothing when you don't have one, but definitely too much as the knob is missing. That said, I've seen a nice one go in the neighborhood of $600 and, if the spring for the knob is good and it has a key and is decent chrome, I could see it. A nice, not hit, not rusty tailgate for '62-'64 is in the same range, and you might see that or a little more for a '66-'67.

Seems way too high to me. Maybe if you've searched for a year or so at a lot of swap meets and came away empty. You might consider but still is high..
