I know someone that has offered me a 69 Camaro 12 bolt for my 62 Nova. I haven't seen it yet so I haven't measured it. How does it compare to a 1st gen Nova rear??

I believe the F body rear end is 60 or 61 inches and a Chevy II rear end is 57.75 inches. It is wider for sure.. Might be able to run it with the right positive offset wheel..

my 66 has the stock 10 bolt, 8.2". I mini tubbed mine and was able to fit a 315/35/17 under there with an 8" offset wheel. the F body 12 bolt is wider, so you may need more than 8" offset to be able to run that diff. Measuring would be the best bet. Good luck, hope you can make it work. I know cutting down the diff is expensive and can be a pain, but that would work and look great under your 62
