we got a 74 nova that has an inline that needs to get out from under that hood. my question... im unfamiliar with novas im into 67-72 chevy trucks.... does the v8 use differnt frame stands than the inline? just different mounts? what is all gonna need changed out? im gonna need different power steering bracketry? someone lemme know wasup please

I have a '72 that I changed from straight 6/powerglide to a small
V-8/TH-350. That was about ten years back so what I remember is kinda iffy on part numbers. I went with solid frame and engine mounts (moroso?) and was able to use the stock crossmember and a soft trans mount. I have never had a problem with height, alignment, angle, or whatever. Like I said, part numbers are long gone. Not sure about any differences with 73-74. Good luck.

Piece-O-cake you will need v8 frame mounts and a bigger radiator thats about it. If you switch from a powerglide to a th350(short tailshaft) it will bolt up exactly to your crossmember and retain the driveshaft with no mods.
