Hello I'm new to the car world , I am a carpenter tryin to learn about cars .
A few months ago I only new how to change my oil I'm still at that level . Then I came across a 71 Nova and had to have it ! Now I have it and am tying to learn everything I can. I have bought Boxwrench dvd's and a bunch of books to learn about motors. My Nova is movin along slowly whew is this stuff expensive but I helped a guy paint my car minus the hood (don;t have one yet ) and I made him new counter tops. I have found car guys are always willing to help each other pretty cool!!! I have a 400 sbc I want to build some day but for now I'm trying to get my 305 in it started . Hope to learn a bit from you all and I realy liked the Video's !!!

i remember when

i remember when i had my first car .....a 74 nova....my dad that same year also bought a 67 mustang......so what do we do.......so we sold the mustang and fixed the nova...:chev::clap:some say we were crazy at the time....but looking back we dont regret it....i Love my nova and now own a 71 nova and a 70 rs camaro now....:yes::devil::clap:

Nice Nova....

Like the colour..... Welcome to the site... lots of answers here if you ask and a great bunch of members too. I myself am a 28 year body repair vet if you have any questions ask away. Have also restored 6 of my own Nova's working on the 7th now....:yes:

Welcome to the forums! Nice Nova as well. As everyone said, the color is a great choice and a bit different as well, I like it! The guys here are great and very smart. Any questions you have feel free to post them here and you will most likely have an answer within a day or two or even a second or two. :D
Good luck with the project and post pictures of your progress!
