In need of a new ignition switch for a 65 nova. Read that they don't make them anymore. Can anyone help.

I bought one for my 68 at the local Chevy dealership.

The switch in my car is in the dash, same as your car?

Yes, that is the Grom family. I met them many years ago at a Nova meet in Louisville, KY.

that ignition switch has a bezel nut screwed on the outside to hold everything to the dash. i found a tool at classic ind to remove the nut. the tool has 3 points that stick out at 120 degrees an works perfect to undo that nut. they also had new bezel nuts. also i got the ignition switch from them also.
