Two places come to mind. They look like the screws that would hold down insulation under the dash in the steering column area, and the second spot is the the 2 bolts that secure the back seat upper half to the rear firewall at the bottom. Look between the rear seat belt mounts on the floor and you'll see a small hole on both sides, that is where the upper rear seat is secured. Most likely they are for the insulation under the dash, since you have four bolts.

^ ^ ^ ^ ^ = Kevin , that was where I was thinking ; holding that plastic cover on.
Then, I did not think about the 'upper rear seat cushion' bolts. But, I would think that those bolts (picture in post # 1 ) - are those bolts long enough ; too go thru the seat mount wire . ?

Now I may have to go look around .

After looking at the length of the bolt again, your probably right, may be a bit to short for the back seat.
