Okay guys I need help again. Am restoring a 1971 Nova and have put the engine back in. The problem is that I have a Proform Electrical Water pump. On a regular Water Pump I connect one of the Heater Core Hoses to the water pump and the other to the intake, but the Electrical Water Pump does not have a opening for the Heater Hose ?

Also does it matter which hose on the Heater core top or bottom I connect to the Intake and Water pump ?

Any help would be appreciated. I guess I might end up with no Heat which is no big deal in Southern Calif.

I've seen guys tee off of the lower radiator hose to go to the heater core. Or you can also get a thermostat housing with a tapped hole in it to hook your other hose up to. Hose orientation doesn't matter.

i drilled and tapped a 1/2 npt hole in the hose outlet that came with the pump. then just threaded a hose nipple into it. no leaks...works great.
