I'm getting ready to shoot primer and I have torn pieces of my weatherstripping seals stuck on both of my doors. I have tried scraping that crap off for days, it must have some super awesome adhesive under it.

What are you guys doing to clean those seals out of the doors?

If you don't mind aggressive try a 3M Scotch-Brite Clean and Strip Unitized Wheel.
Aggressive but wont damage the base metal

3M Adhesive remover

Get a can of 3M Adhesive remover. The stuff eats through old glue and does not harm paint. You have to give it time to work, but it gets that glue off.

Perhaps a butane torch and scraper? Soften it up, scrape and clean with paint thinner. Worked really well with floor sealer.

I would try a heat gun and plastic scraper, the 3M Adhesive remover is also a good option. If your not worried about what's under the seal then use a nice brass/wire scraper and go at it.

I've been using a wire wheel with no problems then follow up with a solvent. All assuming you are not worried about the finish. Sounds like you are at the primer stage.
