My 72 Rally Nova, had it about 10 years and have been working on it a little at a time on weekends. Hope it get it into paint before winter. So far I've gotten the following done.

New engine and trans
Eldebrock intake and Holly 600 carb
Converted to HEI
B&M floor mounted shifter
Rebuilt front end with all CPP parts (poly bushings)
Converted from manual drum to power discs on the front.
Converted to power steering.
Painless wiring harness (only have wired up enough to run it, no lights yet)
Dakota Digital dash
16 gallon fuel cell in trunk and Holly electric pump.
Reupholstered seats, new door panels & dash pad (got rid of s10 bucket seats and replaced with original bench seats)
Got a SS hood with grilles off ebay for $75!

Still alot to do, but getting there. Need to get the alignment a little closer so I can drive it down for a pro alignment. Hope to be doing bodywork and cruisin before long. (Oh and that red deal is a custom tow bar I had made at work)

Cars lookin good, what color are you going to go with.. something factory?
nice find on the hood, gotta love Ebay!
I'm torn on color choices. Probably not a factory color, but something close. Right now I'm leaning towards burnt orange. My dad had a 71 SS that was that color, but I like the newer version of it better. And I want to put the original Rally stripes on it.

Yeah the guy on ebay was selling it because a tree fell on his garage. His Nova's roof was about 6" higher than the hood. Creased right down the middle =(
