Hey was wondering if any you guys running the 1 3/4 by 3 Super comps on a 71 nova with small block If so any fittment issue. I think thats what Im going to get Thanks Nate

Have em on my 68, same thing.
Fit good, however they do hang lower than the subframe, and I have bottomed on em a lot.
They were creamic coated, and I have managed to crush them a bit, and knock off the creamic to bare metal from hitting spped humps, and once on a rwld bad roller coaster road at 90MPH, hit bottom real hard.
I have no power steer, and Brodix angle plug heads. They are 1 7/8" primary, so mine are the " large " size.

Would it make a diffrence if you had straight plugs instead of angle plugs Im running some camel humps with straight plugs thanks Nate

Hi,
Not sure if this helps but:
I have same size Heddman on my '68 with Hump heads.
Fits great except a little dinging needed by steering box.
They also hang a little below subframe, just like the Hookers.
I have heard and read that the Hooker S.C headers fit real well on sb third gens. My next set I am going to try them.
