Hooker headers on a 67

I have a set of hooker headers (fender wells) on my car now. I bought some sanderson headers (shortys) at the NSRA show in Louisville. When I go to remove the FW headers from my car.... will I have to pull the engine? Any response would be great.

if you pull the valve covers off you should be able to get them out might have to jack the car up a little i had a set on my 64 for along time pulled them out several times :yes:

Don't know how d64nova did it but I just pulled my motor to replace my fender well hookers. There was no way in hell on a stock ft end you'll get them out unless the fender wells are all hacked up !

Let the hits begin.

Fenderwell Headers make more Horsepower.

My fenderwell headers go on and off easy for me.

Fenderwell Headers make more Horsepower.

I did not have to pull the engine out to get the Fenderwell Headers off my Nova,spark plugs,valve covers,and alternator I pulled and they were out.
