Well I see nothing has been mentioned in the last 6 years so got some mixed messages while reading thru the old stuff. 67 with TCI front end. Looking for hinges that require no cutting into the fender wells(already painted). Read that the Eddies got redesigned a few years back to not require cutting and also that Feslers would also work with careful placement. Really looking to see if someone can back that up or if there is another brand out there that works? Something that maybe costs less than $500 would be even better.

Have a customer that has Eddie's on four different cars, with stock and aftermarket front-ends, and loves them. Has had no issues. We just did a pair on a 2nd gen w/ stock front-end and aftermarket hood, fit great and work great.

I have Eddie Motor Sport hinges on my 65 with a TCI front end and the hinges fit fine. They do not touch the inner panels. I have almost five thousand miles on my build and engine compartment still looks new.
