Help guys.. I need some help with mixing clear coat. I remember its 1 to 1 with the base coat and base maker but I cant remember the ratio for clear and actavator.. I thought it was 4 parts clear and 1 part actavator...

What's the brand? Isn't the mix ratio on the label?

I'm using Dupont Clear. And the label is gone..

I started here...

then clicked on the "Products" button near the top right hand side of the page. Next I clicked "Technical Information" at the left. When I clicked on "ChromaSystem" on the left of the page displays all the info on it. Near the bottom is the clear info, pick your product and it shows the mixing instructions...

If this doesn't help, check your area for a Dupont jobber and get the mixing info from them...

For most of the newer dupont clears it's 3 parts clear, 1 part activator and 1 part reducer. You can fudge a little each way and it will be fine.
