I have a TCI Pro-Touring front clip on my 66. I need to slightly limit the turning radius so my big ol' wheels avoid rubbing the fenders.

TCI told me they use a 81-88 Thunderbird power Rack & Pinion.

Does anyone know where I can find limiters for the 81-88 Thunderbird R&P? I have searched Jegs/Summit/ Amazon etc.. only able to find Mustang II. I've been told Tbird and Mustang II arent the same.

I called TCI again and spoke to someone different today. Glad I did because what he told me makes a lot more sense.

The TCI pro-touring clip uses a steering rack from a 89-92 Mustang LX. Which makes it MUCH easier to find parts. He even provided me a part # which I included for anyone in my situation

I wish I could say I'm surprised by the different info from TCI but I'm not.

I used those on my old Mustang rack and reused them on my new T-Bird rack. Very simple to use, just remove the clamp from the housing end of the boot, slide it back and pop on the plastic clips.
