I need some recommendations here is my build, I need to know a stall speed and carb recommendations

360 CID SBC
World Sportsman 2 heads (200cc IR 64chambers 202/160 valves)
Comp Cam XE294 flat tappet .519/.523 life ADV duration 294/306 lobe sep 110
Performer RPM intake
Rear gear 4.10
I have a built turbo 350 and external trans cooler

I was thinking about getting a edelbrock 750, trying to keep the budget on the build.

and for stall I was looking at a 9" 3000stall

whats everyone's recommendations

think this combo will be good

10:1 comp and 255.60.15 tires out back. all steel 72

I recommend the zinc holley 750cfm for the same $269 price, i have a 750 eddy on my 454 now and its good for a cruiser like mine but not street/strip, i think they are too simple and are limited, the basic holley can be upgraded and i recommend getting the 50cc pump for it , when i had mine the bigger pump woke my 355 right up. As for stall 10" tci super street fighter since i had a 10" street fighter and it worked great on the street and strip. I also had 4.10 gears, now have 255/60 firehawks and they hook great for a street tire.
