I am getting ready to install the rotors and noticed there is a spacer in the bearing kit. I am assuming it goes between the grease seal and bearing. Also it has a tapered side and flat side and not sure which way it goes.

Poat a pic for us to make sure but I think you are talking about a bearing race. The bearing races need to be seated inside the rotor.

The spacer goes on the spindle first with the chamfer toward the inside. It spaces the rotor out so it lines up with the caliper properly and the cotter pin goes through the spindle nut properly. Make sure you change the bearing races in the Chev rotor to the Ford races they supplied.

Thanks, I was able to get it figured out with everyone's help. Thanks for the info Tim I did get the new races and bearings installed just wasn't sure about the spacer.
