Does anyone sell a seal kit for the doors inside the heater box of a 1966? I thought I saw them for sale awhile back and now can't find them.

Keep in mind that if you are trying to do a correct restoration the heater box is actually more of a slate color. Many paint it black but that is not correct. Here is a picture of an unrestored box. The color is hard to tell that it isn't black but if interest i can take a side by side with a black box to show the difference.

I was able to take the box to a paint shop that matched the color with a single stage enamel in the correct sheen...

This is a good kit but the firewall to blower motor seal is hardly correct compared to the thick foam seal offered by the factory. I noticed that Ground Up offers as they call it a "correct" firewall seal (part # JN-137) and it looks much closer to the OEM seal and I will be investigating that option shortly....

Thanks for all the replies, does anyone have a picture of the fire wall insulation pad before the heater install? Not quite sure how it fits over by the gas pedal area?

Guys one more question, when putting the new seals on the diverter doors, which side do the seals go on, the kit comes with only one seal for each door, as where before the old had seals on both sides of the doors? Thanks
