My nova headliner backing board was cracked and busted so bad when the mice used it as a hotel. So now i just have nothing there. Do i need the backing board to attach some foam back fabric too or can i just glue it to the top some other way. I know they have the abs boards now but thats not in my current budget. Im just looking for a way to put something up there that will do for now. Id like to put my trim back in so i dont lose it or break out of the car. Looking for ideas on options i guess.

they have the full kits on chevy2only.com with backing board that are reasonably priced, you might look into going that route.

Its been like seven years since i tore mine out but what holds the headliner board in? Just the visors and trim?
