Anyone use the alum or stainless plates that cover the gap between the grill to core support ? They claim that they help with cooling!! Directing all airflow to the radiator. Any real world benefit?
Or is it purely cosmetic?
I have access to a metal brake, and a ton of alum plate...
I'm thinking of using some .040 and making my own...
Maybe a couple Dimple Die holes just for looks!!!

I made one and love the appearance,never saw any change in cooling.In theory it should help:eek:

Kinda what I thought!!! But I agree it does clean things up..
I'll play with the brake and see what I can do,
I'll powdercoat em... I like goofin around and making stuff like that...
