Sent the best core I had to Glen at www.gcartrim.com. Got it back after 6 months and here is the result. Looks stunning to me and I can't wait to install it.

Is. Hard to find someone willing to work with the piece and do quality vacuum chroming. Excellent, and it has to be an original piece, not a repop.
I’ve never seen one that nice! DanI love the look of the tach in the center hole but that bow tie logo in the center is spot on beautifulVery nice
Are you getting the gauges redone as well?
Post a pic when it’s installed and all back together.

Installed my restored cluster tonight. Poor shop lighting doesn't show the true beauty of the cluster but someday soon I will have the complete interior done and then I will take the car out into the sunlight for some good pictures.

Really nice looking dash with everything clean and original. It was a good looking dash from day one, in my opinion, though necessarily cheap and simple.

GCAR does fine work. Glen restored six arm rests for my 66. Two of them had chunks missing and two were cracked. I got them all back looking good as new. Well worth the wait!
