Does anyone know what’s the deal with this tab? I can’t figure it out. The cardboard has a pre-cut section like it’s supposed to fold over or it’s meant to be removed. And I’m assuming the windlace goes over the fabric only, not the cardboard right?

I can call PUI on monday but hopefully someone can chime in so I can work on this tomorrow

Cut it off. It’s left over from manufacturing

I think I remember having to cut it off on mine.they were put also. Believe i had to do some trimming here and there.come to think of it,there wasn't a whole lot of aftermarket parts that were plug and play.
