Full frame replacement?

I bought an S-10 front clip for our 53 Desoto project. While it sat next to one of our Gen 1 wagons, I got out the tape measure and realized it might just fit our wagon! Now, here is the $64,000 question (if you are too young to remember this, ask Dad, or even Grandpa :yes-- has anybody attempted a full frame S-10 in a Nova transplant? I have located a back halved S-10 roller and wanted some pointers if somebody has done this. I have done frame transplants in much older cars, so hopefully my skill level is up to the task.
